The quote and the comments are hilarious--which is kind of amazing as there's been a distinct dearth of funny quotes on metaquotes lately. Honestly. Drunk posts are so passe.

In other news, I bought the second season of Supernatural and have been watching it with Mike and Mary Ann. Everyone freaks out at ghosts or shapeshifters or werewolves, but there comes a Zombie Apocalypse Situation, and people are ready and rational.

Personally, I like to think that people have a small portion of their subconscious converting every situation into a potential Zombie situation and modify their actions accordingly.

It's the only explanation, really.

I really don't get WHY everyone is so prepared for zombies - or if not prepared, at least they acknowledge the possibility of a zombie apocalypse. All this endless zombie talk really scares me. :| THEY DON'T EXIST, IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

Also, I like how this post was right underneath this one. If you pretend the people in that picture are secretly zombies it becomes fitting.

not a lot going on. Still shelving books at the library, going to MoCo, 'cause I'm poor, and being utterly alone because all my friends have moved away for college. It seems like I'm the only one chicken enough to stay home. :-P Oh, and just fyi, that guy I used to date (we shall not mention his name) no longer exists in my little world. He got too annoying so I had to ditch him entirely. And I'm a much happier person because of it. ^_^

um...there for a while i wanted to transfer to Houston Baptist University, but it's kinda pricy for me...don't really want to go to U of H (scary area) but I'm not crossing it off my list, and Texas Woman's University is in that kinda high for me price-range, but UNT seems decent. Keebler is slowly talking me into it. But we'll see. Right now I'm open to any suggestions as long as the college is in Texas, offers English, writing, or both for majors, and I can afford it. ^_^
